Soloist - 5 Octave (Basso Bravo & Enhanced Traditional Keys Upgrade)
The Soloist's frame features a grain matched, all wood center support. Integrating the two pieces of wood is our unique custom designed hardware. This center support system is both a very durable structural component and an attractive element of the soloist frame.The bass end frame also has tuning knobs for adjusting the resonators.
The resonators and bars nestle smoothly and securely into the elegant Marimba One pocketing sytsem.
The Soloist Frame is made with a mahogany wood frame, black resonators, Traditional keyboard voicing and tuning frequency of A440. (Please contact us if you would like A442 or A443 tuning).
The Basso Bravo strengthens the fundamental for each bass note, allowing the gorgeous lower tones of the marimba to project their clarity even during contrapuntal and multiple line compositions.
The Enhanced Traditional Voicing is more resonant, with an even darker bass end, than our Traditional Keyboard Voicing. It is exceptional in terms of its projection, evenness and balance.
